For goodness sakes…its a talent that the neighbors must envy. I even envy it! we complain about the snow, we complain about the grumpy people. Here you have a snowman that puts smiles on peoples faces and yet there is always a scrooge in the crowd that has to ruin the fun for everybody else! good grief..what is it hurting???

let me also add that if the city has such a problem with it why not donate a piece of land in the city so Mr Powers can display his work without breaking any codes!
