Dear Billy, every year a snowman grows in my front yard down here in Utah. Not living in the actual mountains the snowmans stature is determined, like many snowmen, by the amount of snow available. this is snowman grew at about 0130 on new years eve 2 years ago and consumed all of the snow on my property. it had been a warm winter and the 1" that fell was the first accumulation. by morning the snow had melted leaving even the roads dry and causing some amount of wonderment in my neighborhood as few even knew that it had snowed.
